FSAE Michigan IC - 2025

2025 marked UGA Motorsports’ most successful year to date at the FSAE-IC competition. After completely redesigning our car from the previous season, the team put in countless hours to finish car #57 ahead of the May 14th competition start. The redesign was ambitious, and completing it on time required dedication, late nights, and full-team effort across engineering and business. That hard work showed throughout the week. On Day 1, we became the ninth team to pass technical inspection—a major milestone that gave us momentum. On Day 2, our Business Team advanced to the Business Finals round for the first time in team history, a huge step forward in our presence off the track. Day 3 brought even more progress as we broke several of our own dynamic event records. Then, on Day 4, we achieved a long-standing team goal: completing the Endurance event for the first time ever. These accomplishments added up to a 38th place overall finish—an improvement of 24 positions from 2024 and 67 from 2023. It was a defining moment for UGA Motorsports and a testament to the team's growth, resilience, and commitment.
